More vermicelli, & filling in patterns. Find out the combinations of needles, threads & wadding. Helen is back with her own design of a beautiful round fabric covered box. Finished size is approx 7 1/2” diameter and 4” deep. Optional tray insert. Elegant patchwork Elephant.~ May 10am– 4pm
With Helen Siddall. £25 includes fabric and instructions.
This fabulous pattern for African or Indian Elephant is the only one I’ve ever seen! The head can nod and he or she stands elegantly on display. The strip pieced technique, could be done by hand although Helen uses rotary cutting and sewing machine. Could be embellished with hand or machine embroidery. Elephant completed in the day. Wicked Wellies workshop….~APRIL…..

~Colours fascinate a lot of us, and these two collections of paints have captured my creative side for a while.
The vivid colours of the ‘True Colour’ are especially for use over dark backgrounds, then the Byzantia paints, also with their strong colours & shine work well to create a contrast.
With designers like Robert Kauffman, Kaffe Fasset & Laurel Burch & artists like ‘Mallet M.K’ I will have lots of stimulation material so you can paint your abstract piece ready to stitch.
